Tasty Tuesday: Gluten Free Pumpkin Bread




A while back my sister was in town and made a yummy batch of pumpkin bread and ever since then I have been wanting to attempt it on my own. I didn’t have her recipe on hand, but I did come across one that is pretty darn good! Instead of mixing the pecans within the ingredients I decided to just spread them around on top and I’m so glad I did…they cooked and the heat from the oven gave the nuts a yummy baked flavor.

I know its not fall anymore, but I feel like there’s always reason to celebrate pumpkin flavor during the holiday season!

*I think next time I’m going to add in another can of pumpkin and put the mixture in a bundt pan. It should give more room since this one kind of overflowed. Still SUPER yummy though!
