I am currently on Day 11 of the AdvoCare 24-Day Challenge and just today I was able to zip up my pre-pregnancy jeans! There are only 10 days between these before & after photos and in that time I completed the ‘Cleanse Phase’ of the challenge. What took me a year to lose in my first round of baby weight has only taken me a couple weeks. I think the main difference is my mindset. I am definitely a Mommie on a Mission this time around!
There are only 6 more pounds until I reach my pre-pregnancy weight and I am grateful for getting started with AdvoCare! I plan to keep up with this healthy lifestyle and continue my fitness journey. I’m so excited to share more of my story and hope I am able to inspire & motivate you all!
I’ve been following the meal plan within the 24-Day Challenge bundle which focuses on complex carbs, protein, fruits & veggies, and healthy snacks. Another helpful tip is to avoid carbs after 3pm. I’ve been running on the treadmill for my cardio days and Bikini Body Mommy (Challenge 1.0) workouts help with strength training.
