This is my favorite salmon recipe so far! I’m sure I’ll come across more along the way, but anything with pesto speaks right to my heart (or belly). Mason even likes this one…who knew!

And guess what…I followed this recipe step-by-step! I didn’t make any adjustments. The only thing I can think of is I’ve cooked this with and without skin on the salmon. Both times everything still turns out just as delicious as before.
The recipe mentions this would work well with asparagus too (one of my favorite veggies), but I really LOVE it with the green beans. The green beans need to be boiled for a little before placing in the oven and then adding the oil with salt & pepper is perfect! And the pesto with the tomatoes is just YUM!
I was NEVER a tomato person…until after my son was born. Now I LOVE them on burgers, sandwiches, in salads, and especially with pesto! Hope you enjoy!
